General Rules

1. After completing the survey, you will be eligible for the prize draw; each participant may enter only once.
2. Please answer the questions truthfully based on your actual experience. Responses found to contain irrelevant content will be marked invalid and disqualified from the draw.
3. Event duration: December 02, 2025- December 21 2025 (UTC+8).
4. Entries after the closing date will not be admitted. 
5. Winners will be chosen at random. Final results will be notified 1 week after survey review
6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook / Instagram / Email. 
7. The winner will be responsible for shipping, handling fees, taxes and/or VAT.
